Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping: 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 working days following the confirmation. Upon  shipment, you will receive a notification via SMS or email to track your order’s progress. 

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, and delivery typically might take an additional 5-7  working days, depending on your location. (Note* Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than the  usual shipping time) 

2. Order Changes and Cancellations: 

After an order is confirmed, no modifications are permitted. This includes cancellations, product additions,  modifications, or changes to coupon codes. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before  confirming to avoid any discrepancies. 

3. Product Availability and Delays: 

If a product in your order becomes unavailable or faces a delay for any reason, our team will notify you  within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you of the potential delay. 

4. Delivery Status: 

If the delivery status indicates “Delivered” but you have not received the product, please notify us within  24 hours by emailing your order ID with the subject “Wrong Delivery Status” to info@uigo.com. Failure  to do so within 24 hours will void your eligibility for any refund or support from our team. 

5. Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges displayed on our website apply for weights up to ___kg. If your order exceeds this weight  limit, we will contact you to discuss additional charges.
